Movement has been an important part of my life for many years. I have been practicing yoga for almost ten years and Pilates for around five, and over time it became much more than just a workout. It became a lifestyle and a way to support both physical and mental wellbeing.
Throughout my studies and professional life I had the opportunity to live abroad for several years, including in Sweden and Australia.
During that time I experienced how powerful an open, international community can be.
That experience inspired me to create something similar in Budapest.
My yoga and pilates classes are held in English and are designed especially for the international community living in Hungary, as well as for anyone who enjoys meeting new people and moving their body in a positive and supportive environment.

With a strong background in digital marketing and social media, I understand how important authentic and relatable content is for modern audiences. My goal is to create visuals and videos that feel natural, engaging and aligned with the brand’s message while showcasing products in real, everyday situations.
